Figure 1 .Genomic DNA was extracted from 10 mg of mouse kidney (lane 1-3), liver (lane 4-6), heart (lane 7-9) and muscle (lane 10-12) tissues using the Magnetic Beads gSYNC DNA Extraction Plate Kit with Geneaid SYNC Nucleic Acids Extraction System. The purified DNA was eluted in 100 µl of Elution Buffer and 2 µl aliquots of the final sample were analyzed by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.
