QUALITY CONTROL

The quality of the Magnetic Beads gSYNC DNA Kit is tested on a lot-to-lot basis according to Geneaid's ISO-certified quality management system by isolating genomic DNA from 15 mg of animal tissue samples.

Magnetic Beads gSYNC DNA Kit Functional Test Data

Figure 1 .Genomic DNA was extracted from 15 mg of mouse kidney using the Magnetic Beads gSYNC DNA Kit. The purified DNA was eluted in 100 µl of Elution Buffer and 2 µl aliquots of the final sample were analyzed by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.
