QUALITY CONTROL

The quality of the 96 Well gSYNC™ DNA Extraction Kit is tested on a lot-to-lot basis according to Geneaid's ISO-certified quality management system. Genomic DNA from 200 μl of whole human blood is extracted using the gSYNC™ DNA Extraction Kit. The purified DNA (5 μg with an A260/A280 ratio of 1.8-2.0) is quantified with a spectrophotometer and checked by electrophoresis.

Figure 1 .Genomic DNA from 10 mg mouse tissue was extracted using the 96 Well gSYNC™ DNA Extraction Kit. 5 µl aliquots from a 200 µl eluate of purified genomic DNA were analyzed by electrophoresis on a 0.8% agarose gel.
